Marine Axial Flow Fan (CZ(T)) | High-Pressure & High-Efficiency

A high-performance axial fan for demanding applications. Our CZ(T) model provides a wider range of air volume (up to 220,000 m³/h) and higher pressures (up to 1150 Pa). It features an efficient airfoil impeller and an optional set of stationary guide vanes to increase pressure.

Overview
The CZ(T) fan is a heavy-duty axial ventilator. It moves large volumes of air efficiently, similar to the CBZ model. Its primary difference is the ability to achieve higher pressures. This is accomplished with an optional set of stationary guide vanes. These vanes sit behind the impeller and are supported by a motor stand. The guide vanes capture the high-speed swirling air from the impeller. They convert this rotational energy (Kinetic energy) into stable pressure (Pressure energy), which improves the fan’s overall efficiency.

Technical Specifications:

Parameter Specification

Total Pressure 100-1150 Pa
Power 0.55 kW -90 kW
Standard Power Supply AC 3PH 380V/50Hz or AC 3PH 440V/60Hz
Casing Type Cylindrical (Duct-type)
Impeller Material ZL104 Cast Aluminum Alloy
Optional Feature Static Guide Vanes (for higher pressure/efficiency)

Key Features:

  • Extended Performance Range: Delivers a large air volume up to 220,000 m³/h and a high total pressure up to 1150 Pa.
  • Optional Static Guide Vanes: A set of twisted guide vanes converts airflow velocity into static pressure, increasing the fan’s efficiency.
  • Efficient Airfoil Impeller: The cast aluminum (ZL104) airfoil blades are dynamically balanced andl overspeed tested.
  • Marine-Grade Motor: The motor is fully treated to resist moisture, mold, and salt spray. Axial fins on the motor casing help dissipate heat.

Applications:

  • Large Machinery Space Ventilation: Ideal for main engine rooms requiring high air exchange rates and higher pressure.
  • Cargo Hold Ventilation: Supplies or exhausts air from large-volume holds.
  • Duct Systems with High Resistance: Suitable for long or complex ventilation duct systems where pressure loss is a factor.

Installation & Maintenance:

Installation: The fan is installed in-line with the duct system. An openable casing option is available, which places the impeller and motor on a hinged section for maintenance access.
Maintenance: Maintenance involves periodic checks of the motor bearings and cleaning the impeller and guide vanes. The openable casing simplifies this process.

Custom Options Available:

Need something specific?

You can order the fan with or without the static guide vanes. We also provide custom power supply configurations and all major class society certificates.

FAQ :

Q: What is the main difference between CBZ and CZ(T)?

A: The CZ(T) can generate higher air pressure (up to 1150 Pa) and move more air (up to 220,000 m³/h). It is a higher-performance fan, especially when ordered with the optional static guide vanes.

Q: What do the static guide vanes do?

A: They straighten the swirling air that exits the impeller. This action converts air velocity into usable static pressure, which makes the fan more efficient.
