GB/T 595 High-Pressure Marine Globe Valve | Up to 100 MPa

An ultra-high pressure valve for critical ship systems. Capable of handling pressures of 40 MPa and 100 MPa. Made from Aluminum Bronze with a threaded connection. Small size, huge performance.

Overview

The GB/T 595 valve is engineered for extreme conditions. It serves systems requiring immense pressure control, such as high-pressure air compressors or hydraulic lines. The nominal pressure ratings hit 40 MPa and 100 MPa.

To withstand these forces while resisting corrosion, the body is cast from Aluminum Bronze. The connection style changes from flange to a secure screw thread. This prevents leaks at high pressure. It handles air, water, and fuel efficiently. The compact design (DN 6-32) allows installation in tight machinery spaces.

FAQ :

Q1: What is the main difference between GB/T 595 and 587?

A1: Pressure. GB/T 595 is for extremely high pressure (up to 100 MPa) and uses screw connections, while 587 is for medium pressure using flanges.
