Overview
KCB Series Gear Pumps utilize external gear meshing to pump fluid. As the gears rotate, they create suction at the inlet and pressure at the outlet. This design is perfect for lubricating oils or heavy fuels with a viscosity of 5-1500 cSt. The pump is properly designed with leakage and return chutes to minimize torque and reduce bearing wear. An integrated safety valve protects the pump from overpressure, set at 1.5 times the rated exhaust pressure.
