YCB-G Series Marine Heat Insulating Gear Pump | For Bitumen & Heavy Oil
Designed for fluids that solidify at room temperature. Features a heat insulating jacket on the pump casing. Keeps bitumen, heavy oil, and resin flowing smoothly using steam or thermal oil.
Accreditation and Certificates:
Overview
Handling thick, solidifying fluids requires heat. The YCB-G series integrates a heat insulating jacket withinlet and outlet joints on the pump casing. You connect this jacket to steam, hot water, or heat-conducting oil to heat, keep warm, or cool the pumped medium. Based on the external gear pump design with arc and sine curve teeth, it offers stable output flow and pressure.
Technical Specifications:
| Parameter | Specification |
| Flow Rate | 0.6-50 m³/h |
| Differential Pressure | 0.6 MPa |
| Medium Temp | ≤300°C |
| Heating Medium | Steam, Thermal Oil, Hot/Cold Water |
Key Features:
- Thermal Jacket: Integrated jacket for heating or cooling media.
- Temperature Control: Maintains fluid viscosity using steam, hot water, or oil.
- High Temperature Resistance: Handles media up to 300°C.
- Circular Gear Design: Composite tooth form of arc and sine curve.
Applications:
- Bitumen Transfer: Asphalt transport.
- Heavy Oil: Pumping heavy oil in cold climates.
- Chemicals: Handling resin, detergent, and glue.
Installation & Maintenance:
Installation: Suitable for outdoor installation in very cold areas.
Maintenance: When viscosity exceeds 1500 cSt, speed must be reduced.
Custom Options Available:
Need something specific?
Speed reduction transmission for high viscosity fluids (>1500 cSt).
FAQ :
Q: Can I use this to cool liquids?
