The QBY Series is a versatile pneumatic pump that works without irrigation water. It passes solids up to 10mm and supports submerged operation. The design has no rotating parts, eliminating leakage risks. It is an efficient alternative to old impurity pumps and canned motor pumps.

The QBY pneumatic diaphragm pump handles a wide range of fluids. It pumps low-viscosity liquids as well as media that does not flow easily. The pump runs entirely on air, removing the safety hazard of electrical sparks. Diaphragms completely isolate the medium from moving parts, preventing leaks when transferring toxic or corrosive liquids.
This unit features smart protection capabilities. If overloaded, the pump stops automatically to protect itself. It restarts automatically once the load returns to normal. Even if it runs dry without media for a long time due to an accident, the pump remains undamaged. Its simple structure lacks complex valve distribution parts, greatly reducing maintenance difficulty.

Maintenance: The structure is simple with very few wearing parts. Since the medium does not touch the air distribution valve, failure rates remain very low. Disassembly and repair are very convenient.
