Key Features:
- Rapid Emergency Response: Valve closing time is under 5 seconds, meeting critical SOLAS and class society safety requirements.
- Integrated Pneumatic System: Each unit includes a dedicated air receiver, control valves, and pressure monitoring gauges in a single, compact cabinet.
- Built for Marine Environments: Components use corrosion-resistant materials like brass and stainless steel. Our system operates reliably in temperatures from -10°C to +40°C.
- Full Compliance & Certification: Our design complies with CB/T3658-1995 standards. We provide full certification from major class societies like CCS, BV, and ABS.
Applications:
- Tankers /Chemical Carriers: Provides emergency isolation for cargo oil and fuel tank valves to prevent spills and fire.
- Passenger /Cargo Ships: Secures lube oil and fuel systems in the engine room, protecting the main machinery space.
- Special Purpose Vessels: Integrates with emergency firefighting lines to quickly isolate hazardous areas.
Installation & Maintenance:
Installation: Mount the control box securely to a bulkhead or foundation. Connect the main compressed air supply and the control air lines to the remote quick-closing valves.
Maintenance: Perform daily checks of the air receiver pressure gauge. Conduct a monthly drain of any water from the air receiver. A full functional test of the valve closing mechanism is required each month.

Need something specific?
We configure control boxes based on the number of valves you need to control, from 3 to 20 or more circuits. We can also provide systems for different pressure requirements (e.g., 3.0 MPa) and with alternative component arrangements to fit your space.
FAQ :
Q: What powers the system in an emergency?
A: It uses compressed air stored in its own integrated air receiver. It is a self-contained pneumatic system that does not depend on the ship’s main power during an emergency shutdown.
Q: How fast does it close the remote valves?
A: Valve closure is executed in less than 5 seconds after the system is triggered.
Q: What routine maintenance is required?
A: Routine checks include verifying the air pressure daily and draining any accumulated water from the air bottle monthly. A full function test is also required monthly to ensure readiness.
