Installation & Maintenance：

Installation: Secure the unit’s base to a solid foundation. Connect the cold water inlet, hot water outlet, steam supply, and condensate return lines. Connect power to the control cabinet.
Maintenance: Periodically inspect the steam regulating valve and safety valve. Clean internal scale via the manhole as required.

Q: What happens if the steam pressure is too high?

A: A steam temperature regulating valve controls the heat input into the tank. The water side of the tank is protected by its own pressure relief valve.
