YWC Series Marine Oil Water Separator | IMO MEPC.107(49) Compliant
High-efficiency bilge water treatment system utilizing multi-stage separation. Delivers discharge oil content ≤15ppm using vacuum suction and ultrafiltration technology. Meets all IMO MEPC.107(49) requirements.
Accreditation and Certificates:
YWC Series separators manage oily bilge water through a precise three-stage process. Piston pumps draw water into the unit. Negative pressure facilitates gravity and coalescence separation while reducing fluid agitation to minimize emulsification. Liquid then moves to the second stage, passing through a fiber filter. Adsorption and filtration remove finer oil particles here. Systems automatically switch to the third stage if oil concentration remains high. Ultrafiltration membrane technology performs deep treatment in this final phase. Integrated oil content meters trigger an alarm if levels still exceed limits. Non-compliant water diverts back to the bilge via a pneumatic three-way valve, preventing overboard discharge.
