Marine Float Ball Level Controller(UQK Series)| Automated Pump & Alarm Switch
Automate your tank functions. This is not a gauge, but a level switch. Use it to automatically start or stop pumps, or activate high and low level alarms. This helps you protect your equipment and prevent spills without manual checks.

Key Features:
- Automate Your Equipment: Provides a clear on/off signal to control pumps, valves, and other machinery based on the liquid level.
- Protect Your Tanks: Use it to activate high-level alarms to prevent overflows or low-level alarms to prevent equipment from running dry.
- Simple, Reliable Mechanism: The design uses a proven float and sealed switch. It is a durable solution with a long service life.
- Multi-Point Activation: We can place multiple floats on a single unit to provide control signals at several different levels in the same tank.
Applications:
- Automatic start/stop control for bilge pumps: Activates pumps to dewater spaces when a high level is detected and stops them to prevent running dry.
- High and low-level alarms for service tanks: Triggers alerts in the control room to prevent tank overflow (High level) or fuel/water starvation (Low level).
- Overflow alarm and control for waste oil tanks: Provides a critical high-level alarm to prevent environmental pollution from spills.
- Level control in industrial equipment: Used to automate functions like activating solenoid valves for dosing or initiating transfer between tanks.
Installation & Maintenance:
Installation: Mount the unit vertically from the top of the tank using its flange connection. Ensure there is clear space for the floats to move freely.
Maintenance: This controller requires almost no maintenance. Periodic checks should confirm the float is clean and can move without obstruction.

We build controllers with custom lengths, number and position of control points, float materials, and electrical contact ratings to match your specific control logic.
FAQ :
Q: Can this device show me the current liquid level, like 50% or 75%?
A: No. This is a level controller (A switch), not a level gauge. Its function is to provide an on/off signal when the liquid reaches a specific point. It does not provide a continuous measurement.
Q: What does “two-position control”mean?
A: It refers to an on/off state. For example, it can turn a pump ON when the level is high and OFF when the level is low. These are two distinct positions or actions.
