CPJ Type Marine Ejector Pump | High Efficiency Coaxial Design

A high-efficiency ejector pump featuring a coaxial design. The inlet, outlet, and nozzle align on the same axis for optimal flow. It uses a J-shaped working water pipe for easy installation.

Overview

The CPJ Type Ejector Pump creates strong suction through a specialized nozzle arrangement. High-pressure fluid sprays out at high speed. This creates a low-pressure zone that draws in the target liquid. The mixture then moves through the diffusion chamber where kinetic energy becomes pressure energy.

The defining feature of the CPJ model is its alignment. The suction port, discharge port, and nozzle all sit on the same axis. This straight-line flow path reduces resistance and improves efficiency. The working water pipe curves in a “J” shape. Its flange sits perpendicular to the main ports. This layout simplifies piping connections in tight ship spaces.

Key Features:

  • Coaxial Structure: Nozzle and ports align for better efficiency.
  • J-Shape Feed: Working water pipe design aids installation.
  • No Moving Parts: Reduces wear and extends service life.
  • Stable Operation: Works continuously with good self-priming.

Applications:

  • Ship Drainage: Efficiently removes water from bilges.
  • Seawater Stripping: Handles brine and seawater transfer.
  • Petrochemicals: Transfers mixed fluids safely.

Installation & Maintenance:

Installation: Connect the flanges vertically due to the J-pipe design. The main line remains horizontal.
Maintenance: Inspect the nozzle for wear periodically. There are no bearings or seals to grease.

FAQ :

Q1: Why choose the CPJ model?

A1: The inline coaxial design offers higher hydraulic efficiency compared to offset types.

Q2: Does it need electricity?

A2: No. It is powered strictly by the pressure of the working fluid.
